We have a few tables left for Christmas Day Lunch. It is such a great idea to have Christmas Day Lunch cooked for you, so why not let us do it for you? You will all enjoy a scrumptious 5 course meal, at £59.95 per person, (half price for children under 12). We are very excited about our third Christmas at The White Hart, and the plans are being made right now for the decorations! Our 3 log fires will be aglow throughout December, and warm Mulled Wine will be on sale at the bar, as we go into the festive season.

Why not enjoy a Festive meal with us during December with your fiends ,family or work colleagues. We are offering our Festive Menu. 2 courses for £19.95 or 3 courses for £24.95 and it will be available from at Lunch time or Dinner from December 1st until Christmas. We can cater for parties from 1 to 100.

Tickets will be on sale behind to bar soon for New Years Eve……………..Monte Carlo at The White Hart at Maulden!! You will enjoy a Cocktail on arrival. You will be given a special White Hart $10 note each to play on the Black Jack and Roulette tables. The winner at the end of the evening will win a meal for two at The White Hart.

During the evening a hot and cold buffet will be served, and dancing can be enjoyed until after midnight to our talented singer and entertainer Kayla. Fancy Dress, or Black Tie is optional.

Hello all,
As some of you may know our Head Chef Daniel Turner, along with our family attened The Craft Guild of Chef awards at The Park Plaza Hotel in London on Thursday last week. He was one of three very talented Chef’s nominated (out of around 600 country wide), for Pub Restaurant Chef of the year 2011. The first prize went to a Chef called Tim Bilton, but Daniel came a very well deserved and dignified second!! Well done Chef!!
“FATHERS DAY” at The White Hart.
We will be serving our normal mouth-watering menu, specials of the day and of course our delicious Sunday Roasts…..Lamb and Beef cooked to your liking above medium rare, and Roast Pork with crackling and apple sauce. All our roasts come with a Yorkshire pudding, and if you can’t decide which to have, you can always have a slice of each.
Please note we start serving Roast Lunches on Sunday’s at 12 noon and we can not guarantee how long they will last, although we do serve food until 8p.m. on Sunday’s.

What lucky people we all were with the weather last Bank Holiday Sunday when we had our live band in the front garden. It was a great success and so many of you came along.
In fact as it went down so well we are going to do it again on the August bank holiday, weather permitting. So put the date in your diaries, and if you want a table that day, BOOK NOW.

Some other news you may be interested in is that we, have bought a second Country Pub Restaurant. It is scheduled to open after an extensive 3 month refurbishment in August 2011. It is called The Narrow Boat at Weedon, it is on the A5 in Northamptonshire and has gardens down onto The Grand Union Canal. The website is currently under construction but take a look, and register your interest if you would like to come to The Grand Opening Party. www.narrowboatatweedon.co.uk
The White Hart will not change in any way, except our Sous Chef Radu, and Daniels right hand man of the last 6 years, will be promoted to Head Chef. The Menu will still be written and overseen by Daniel. Crystal our daughter will still be manager at the White Hart, and all the other staff will stay the same. Myself and Richard will look after both places, and will be actively involved in the day to day running of both of them, as we do the White Hart now.
